1. Purpose of the service

TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE SL offers the user a service of intelligent lockers for temporary use, available 24 hours a day, for the secure storage of luggage and personal belongings.

2. Acceptance of terms

Use of the lockers implies full acceptance of these terms. The user must read them before making a reservation and/or opening a locker.

3. Correct use of lockers

The user undertakes to use the lockers solely for storing personal belongings or luggage. The following are prohibited: illegal or dangerous substances, flammable, corrosive or explosive products, live animals, perishable food, large amounts of cash, jewelry or high-value documents.

4. Rental duration

The user may rent the locker by the hour or by the day, according to current rates. If the user exceeds the contracted time, they must pay the additional amount. If 48 hours have passed since the end of the contracted period without the belongings being collected, TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE SL may open the locker and remove the contents, which will be kept at the user's disposal for 30 days (subject to payment of management and storage fees).

5. Rates and payments

The price will be displayed on the website, app and terminal. Payment will be electronic (card, mobile or app). Cash is not accepted. The reservation is non-refundable once started.

6. Security and liability

The lockers have electronic locks, video surveillance and general insurance against theft and damage. However, TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE SL is not liable for damages caused by improper use, loss of prohibited items or cases of force majeure.

7. Access and support

The user will access using a QR code, PIN or mobile app. In the event of an incident, the user can contact 24-hour technical support at the number and email indicated at the location.

8. Right of admission and improper use

TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE SL reserves the right to deny the service or cancel a rental if fraudulent or illegal use is detected.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For any conflict, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
