1. Service purpose LPA SafeSpot provides users with a temporary smart locker service, available 24 hours a day, to securely store luggage and personal belongings. 2. Acceptance of conditions The use of the lockers implies full acceptance of these terms. Users must read them before making a reservation and/or opening a locker. 3. Proper use of lockers Lockers may only be used for personal belongings or luggage. It is forbidden to store illegal or hazardous substances, flammable, corrosive or explosive items, live animals, perishable food, or large amounts of cash, jewelry or highly valuable documents. 4. Rental period Lockers may be rented by the hour or by the day, according to current rates. If the user exceeds the contracted time, an additional fee will apply. After 48 hours without collection, LPA SafeSpot may open the locker and remove the contents, which will be kept for 30 days (subject to handling and custody fees). 5. Rates and payments Rates are displayed on the website, app, and terminal. Payment is electronic only (card, mobile, or app). No cash accepted. Reservations are non-refundable once started. 6. Security and liability Lockers include electronic lock, CCTV, and general insurance. LPA SafeSpot is not responsible for misuse, prohibited items, or force majeure events. 7. Access and support Users access via QR code, PIN, or mobile app. In case of issues, 24h support is available at the contact number and email shown on site. 8. Right of admission and misuse LPA SafeSpot reserves the right to deny service or cancel a rental if fraudulent or illegal use is detected. 9. Applicable law These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
